Does my team need to install an app?
No. They use WhatsApp — the app they already have on their phone. They forward or photograph a receipt to your Tovli number, get a quick reply confirming it, and that's it.
Can I send Hebrew receipts?
Yes — Hebrew and English receipts, including mixed ones, are read out of the box. Vendor, total, date and items are picked out the same way.
What if I send the same receipt twice?
We catch it. The receipt only shows up once in your books, no matter how many times it's forwarded.
What if Tovli misreads a number?
Tovli replies with what it read so you can spot a mistake right away. If something doesn't look right, you can correct it in one tap — the original photo is always kept, so you can double-check whenever you want.
